Refund Policy

We appreciate your business.

All labor is guaranteed for 7 days, not including new virus infections, customer modification, or customer abuse.

Late fees (10%) are applied 5 days after the invoice due date. This charge is applied weekly until the invoice is paid.

Payment & Returns:

All approved refunds will be provided via Nexus Technologies Gift Card 

All parts must be returned within 7 days for store credit.

There will be no exceptions. If there is any customer abuse/damage, no credit will be provided.

All payment is due at the time of service or by the date on the invoice. For any account that is more than 15 DAYS OVERDUE where arrangements for payment have not been made (or have been made but not honored), legal action may/will be taken on the account.

An 80% Deposit is Required on all Invoices over $1000.00 Late fees of (10%) are applied 5 days after the invoice due date and applied weekly until the invoice is paid. Restocking Fees: unopened/unused items are subject to a 25% fee of the purchase price Opened / Used items are subject to a 50% fee of the purchase price for cleaning and decontamination per Covid-19 Polices

Any component or device that has not been picked up by the customer and prior arrangements have not been made after 15 days, will become the property of Nexus Technologies, LLC.

Any equipment listed as "leased" is included in the monthly fee. 

All issues legal or otherwise must be resolved within the SC jurisdiction i.e., the company's resident state SC.
